Return Eligibility

• You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging and resalable condition.
• Some hygiene‑related beauty products, personal care goods and clearance items are non‑returnable for health and safety reasons.

How to Start a Return

Please email service@bluefactorystore.shop with your order number and reason for return. Do not send goods back without prior authorization from our support team.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Customer is responsible for return‑shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5‑10 business days. Refund processing time depends on your payment provider.

Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive damaged or faulty products, please contact us with order ID and photos. We will arrange replacement or refund according to the situation.
